Please complete this form if you would like to hold your state meeting in conjunction with the National Charter Schools Conference at The DC Convention Center. State meetings will be held on Tuesday, June 13 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

State meetings are typically hosted by state charter school associations and charter support organizations. If you are not from a state association or CSO, please reach out to us for contract information for the association in your state so you can approach them about co-hosting.

Upon approving your request, we will assign a room and contact you with the important convention center points of contract for catering and audio-visual orders.
